Globe rolls out free speed upgrades for Globe At Home Broadband subscribers. This is part of the telco's program to adjust the plans given the customers' increasing needs proactively. Loyal Globe At Home customers can now enjoy faster speeds suited for their work from home and learn from home needs. This free speed upgrade offers an overall better experience for the Globe At Home customers.

"It is really important for us to earn the trust of our customers especially during these times. So we took a look at what our customers are paying and the services they're getting in return. For example, those enjoying 10 Mbps at Plan 1699 may be upgraded to twice their current speed at no cost to them. This is our way of making sure that with Globe, our customers really get what they pay for," says Darius Delgado, Vice President and Head of Broadband Business at Globe.

All Globe customers are encouraged to update their account information for improved support and maintenance to ensure customers enjoy this program. They can do this via the Globe At Home app, which is available to download from the Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.

Delgado adds, "If our customers are able to maximize the plans that they subscribe to, this is real value for money."

Globe promotes a fully digital experience by using the Globe At Home app for its after-sales service support. For all types of customer support, including plan upgrades, troubleshooting, or reporting an issue, the app has a Help feature. Globe performs outbound customer calls to those who report their service specifications in the app instead of consumers calling the hotline.
