PUBG Mobile x Jujutsu Kaisen crossover brings new theme mode, rewards, more

PUBG Mobile x Jujutsu Kaisen crossover has officially launched. The collaboration of the mobile battle royale game with the famous anime title brings Cosplay Sets of the series' main characters, Cursed Corpse enemies, a Cursed Object Crate hunt, new special emotes, and other Jujutsu Kaisen-themed items. Jujutsu Kaisen centers on Yuji Itadori, a high school student who swallowed a cursed finger and absorbed the curse into his own soul. Following that, he is sentenced to death by Jujutsu Sorcerers, but not before he locates and consumes the curse's remaining fingers.

PUBG Mobile and Jujutsu Kaisen have partnered for the first time, bringing characters and artwork from the world-renowned and much-loved Shonen series to the game. Yuji Itadori, along with classmates Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and teacher Satoru Gojo will be accessible for players to collect and utilize in battle via Cosplay Sets.

Players can choose Ranked Theme Mode for either Erangel or Livik to battle on the new special theme mode. Each map has Cursed Object Crates containing Sealed Sukuna Fingers. Players must locate and collect all fingers for special achievements and rewards. However, these crates will not be easy to locate. Players who are having difficulty can check the clues in the Cycle system to assist them in finding the crates.

Cursed Corpses are now available in this Theme Mode as well. Additionally, the Cursed Corpse Grenade was added, which can summon a Boss Cursed Corpse upon usage. Cursed Corpse Grenades can be found scattered over the map due to their small chance of spawning randomly. Players need to defeat it to obtain supplies that will assist them in their quest to win a Chicken Dinner.

Moreover, players will be able to earn Exploration Progress throughout the collaboration, whether playing the Jujutsu Kaisen Theme Mode or normal Classic Mode matches. They can earn more Exploration Progress in the Jujutsu Kaisen Theme Mode.

Collecting sufficient Exploration Progress entitles players to receive the following rewards and items:

• Jujutsu Kaisen-themed rewards
• Temporary special emotes
• Cosplay Sets
• Ornaments for Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo
• Custom weapon and car skins
• Cursed Corpse Cathy (available as a companion)

During the collaboration period, those who choose to keep these items can upgrade them from temporary to permanent.

The PUBG Mobile and Jujutsu Kaisen Theme Mode is now accessible on Erangel and Livik and will be available until March 15, 2022.
