The third major telco DITO Telecommunity unveiled its "WELCOME OFFER" on its official website ahead of its commercial launch on March 8.
DITO's "WELCOME OFFER" will come with unlimited on-net SMS, unlimited on-net Calls, and unlimited Data for 30 days for only P199.

The "WELCOME OFFER" promo runs from March 8 to 31, 2021.
Subscribers can get unlimited data for 30 days upon activation of the promo. The unlimited calls and texts apply for DITO-to-DITO subscribers only.
To enjoy DITO telecom's "WELCOME OFFER" promo, a user must have a valid and active DITO Prepaid SIM card installed in the devices and a load of at least PHP 199.00.
Furthermore, the user must download the DITO App via the link included in the activation SMS sent to the subscriber after activation of the SIM card. Using the DITO App will not require mobile data allocation from subscribers; free WiFi access shall be available in the DITO's partner stores for downloading the app and promo activation purposes.
DITO SIM cards will also come with a 1GB data allocation included with the SIM card to download and activate the promo.
Users can create and log-in to the DITO App. The initial password will be sent via SMS.
To avail of the DITO promo, Log-in to the DITO App, go to the App Home Page, then click the buy promo "WELCOME OFFER" button and confirm the purchase by clicking the confirmation button. The subscriber will receive the confirmation message via App and SMS.
DITO network services will be initially offered in key areas of Cebu, including Cebu City, Carcar, Consolacion, Danao, Liloan, Mandaue, Minglanilla, Naga, San Fernando, and Talisay, and key areas of Davao, including Davao City, Panabo, Tagum, Carmen, and Digos.

The telco announced that its commercial launch date is March 8, 2021. National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) also assigned DITO with the following prefixes for their subscribers: 0991, 0992, 0993, 0994, 0895, 0896, 0897, and 0898.
DITO's first year of operations' commitment was to deliver 37.03% national population coverage within at least 27 Mbps of minimum average broadband speed.
In DITO's first technical audit, its coverage reached 37.48%, or equivalent to 37,845,315 as per the 2015 national census population of 100.98 million.
