Japanese game publisher Bandai Namco has announced that My Hero Ultra Impact will arrive soon on Android and iOS platforms in 2022.

The mobile game is the global version of My Hero Academia: Ultra Impact, released in Japan in May 2021. It is based on the popular anime series My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia).

The English trailer for the mobile RPG's pre-registration was uploaded on the official Bandai Namco's YouTube channel.

Players will receive 50 Hero Gems for every 30,000 pre-registrations, up to a maximum of 500 Hero Gems. Hero Gems serve as the currency for gacha draws in the game, with each draw costing 50 Hero Gems.

My Hero Ultra Impact features 3v3 battles in which a team fight against another squad using unique characters from their in-game inventory. Each character has unique abilities known as Quirks.

The game's story mode revolves around Izuku Midoriya's adventures as he endeavors to overcome obstacles and complete his quest. In the "Main Quest," players will get to relive familiar scenes from the anime.

Players can also collect illustrations limited to the app of their favorite heroes and villains. Moreover, they can customize their Hero Base as U.A. High School or a villain hideout.

There is also Ultra Arena, where players can challenge other players to climb the ranks.

According to Bandai Namco, My Hero Ultra Impact is a free-to-play mobile game with some in-app purchases.
