Wild Rift: WCS PH sets P8-M prize pool, opens registrations

Riot Games and Philippine Pro Gaming League (PPGL) have announced that Wild Rift Champions SEA (WCS) PH will feature USD 160,000 prize pool (around PHP 8 million). The organizers have opened registrations for WCS PH from January 19 to February 1, 2022. Check out more details below.

How to register for Wild Rift Champions SEA - PH?

PPGL has laid out steps for teams interested in joining the competition. Here is the procedure.

Step 1. Go to battlefy.com. Log in or sign-up for an account. For those signing up, link Battlefy to your email, Facebook, Google, or Twitter account.

Step 2. Go to Battlefy settings and set the timezone to UTC+8 to sync timezones with the tournament.

Step 3. In the Battlefy dashboard, search for "Wild Rift Champions SEA Philippines."

Step 4. The team captain or representative must create a team profile by clicking "Join as team." Proceed to click "Create a new team." Enter team details and click "Confirm team." Once done, the team captain or representative will enter their own information to register for the tournament.

Step 5. Once completed, the team captain or representative must share the provided team link invite to all members of the team. All members must have their own Battlefy accounts and are synced to UTC+8 timezone. Team members must click "Join team."

Step 6. Once there, click "Registration fields" (found on the right side of the page) and enter your player details. Each member must register with their own accounts.

PPGL noted that once at least five members have joined the team, their team is officially registered.

Wild Rift Champions SEA (WCS) PH Prize Pool Breakdown

The WCS PH offers a total prize pool of USD 160,000 (~ PHP 8 million). Below is the breakdown of the prize pool for playoffs.

• 1st Place - USD 30,000 (~ PHP 1.5 million)
• 2nd Place - USD 25,000 (~ PHP 1.2 million)
• 3rd Place - USD 22,000 (~ PHP 1.1 million)
• 4th Place - USD 19,000 (~ PHP 970k)
• 5th Place - USD 17,000 (~ PHP 870k)
• 6th Place - USD 17,000 (~ PHP 870k)
• 7th Place - USD 15,000 (~ PHP 770k)
• 8th Place - USD 15,000 (~ PHP 770k)
